Based in London and Florida, we are one of the most established software development companies in the UK.

Our passion is business efficiency enhancement for our clients via smart application of automation techniques. We are winners of international awards for our innovations in business productivity.

We have attained Gold Certified Microsoft Partnership level which represents our highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies as well as our close working relationship with Microsoft. At this level we have been granted access to exclusive Microsoft resources and support, access to the Partner Knowledge Base, and many other advantages which contribute to our capacity to meet our clients needs.

Our team

There are 58 of us today who are all employed full-time. Our delivery team alone consists of 45 brilliant software engineers, testers and project managers.

Community Support

We are a proud supporter of our local community and have an excellent relationship with our local authority, the Waltham Forest Council, as well as business leaders in the community and the London Chamber of Commerce.

We run The Club Entrepreneur which is a local initiative promoting the co-operation and collaboration of businesses and the local authority in the form of regular events that combine networking with socialising in a fun, informal environment.

Representatives from Waltham Forest Council, local charities, and London Chamber of Commerce join business leaders across 35,000 London employers. They will all get together to solve problems, discuss ideas and build stronger relationships within the community.

Ayshe Kadir - Founder

Since 1985, Ayshe has helped people achieve wealth and business success that they previously only dreamed about.

Ayshe was born and raised in London, England. Ayshe’s claim to fame is

(1) She has never been employed

and

(2) That she had 3 businesses before the age of 30.

Her first company was an IT training company. Within six months of starting her IT company she started to invest the profits from her business by purchasing properties in London and renting them out.

Within 2 years of the IT company being established she opened up a recruitment company in central London.

In the mid 90's with the upcoming millenium, Ayshe expanded into Software Developent. A3 started developing new applications that would be Y2K compliant, and also helped organisations adapt their existing systems to become Y2K compliant.

Her companies have international blue chip clients and she has visited many countries as an invited trainer.

In recent years she has been featured in ZEST and SHE magazine.
